The second gen Airpods pro is mostly identical to the first gen.
The changes I am aware of are,
- Volume controls on the stems. This is the most significant upgrade IMO.
- The charging case has a speaker and a lanyard attachment.
- Slightly longer battery life.
I did not notice any difference in audio quality or noise cancellation performance between the 1st and 2nd gen Airpods pro.
